This server seeds what it hands out, so the magnet works on its own โ your client takes the metadata from us and starts. The .torrent is the same thing as a file, and it also names this server as a web seed, so it still downloads over plain HTTP where BitTorrent is blocked. Whoever takes it seeds it on to the next person.
